I'm a licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been practicing since 2021 in the southern Indiana area. I take an integrative approach to therapy, blending evidenced based practices with person centered care to maximize therapeutic potential. I focus on helping individuals generate insight, create meaningful internal change, and develop the skills and mindfulness needed to manage life's challenges and celebrate victories therein. While I have more experience assisting people with some mental health concerns over others, I am willing to work with any client and any concern they may need help with.
